Release is associated to false artist at apple music, tidal, deezer

Hi there, my release is under a false artist on Apple music + Tidal + Deezer (hence Pandora probably too - but it is not available in my country, please double check on your side!)

Here’s my EAN 4069493155747
“Synästhesie”
FALSE ARTIST: ‎JenSome - Apple Music (JenSome)

Correct artist: Jensome, I don’t have an artist profile created on those plattforms yet, cause it is my first release.

Please help, thanks!

Hi @Andi the song mentioned ist my very first Release, so there are no artist profiles for me yet. I think this mus initially be done by iMusician and then I can claim the profile on each platform… like it happens on Spotify already.

The artist my song got associated to is on all of the mentioned platform the same “JenSome” …whereas my artist profile should be “Jensome”.

How do we proceed?

Hey @Jensome, thanks for the links! I’ve forwarded the request to Deezer, Tidal and Apple, it should taker them about 2 weeks to move your release to new profiles :slight_smile:
