I created a release but haven’t paid for it yet.
Now it says the WAV file has already been sent to stores, and I can’t replace or edit it.
That shouldn’t be possible without payment, so I think something went wrong in the system.
Could you please unlock or reset this release so I can upload the correct audio before completing payment?

If you don’t mind I’ll just leave them a little bit of time to look into it and then I’ll reset the order so you can go ahead and upload the right audio file
