Why did you title track n°2 Discoteka (Deblazquez Remix) ? You cannot make remixes of your own tracks. Unless it’s you remixing Saulo Pisa’s track ?
Why can’t I remix our track? I have my collaborator’s consent and agreement.
On the other hand, what does this have to do with not releasing it on Apple Music if there haven’t been any issues with the other platforms?
Because if it’s your own track it’s an alternative version/edit. A remix implies that another artist has remixed your song. We need some clarifications here please.
Because Apple is very strict when it comes to metadata.
As far as I know, I can remix and make versions of my own music and in this case having the consent and agreement of my collaborator.
Okay, so from what you’re telling me, it’s a matter of nomenclature?
Would it be correct (deblazquez edit) (deblazquez alternative version) or (deblazquez rework)?
In the “Original Mix” we both are the artist (we composed and produced together the track in the studio). And then I remixed, or made the alternative version (deblazquez remix) with Saulo’s consent and agreement.
How should we rename my version so there aren’t any problems with Apple Music’s metadata?
