Hello,
my release has been published correctly on various platforms (spotify, etc), but it doesn‘t show up in my dashboard.
I have no stats or whatever information about the song.
In the library, the release/track is still shown as a draft,
altough it has been published a while ago.
@Carlos Imusician support, please contact me, so I can send you the information about my profile.

The song was released / published with the old imusician.ch, so maybe that‘s where the error occurred.

Most likely you’ve distributed the release from another account. Can you please sort this out on your end and close any duplicate accounts?

Hey @Carlos ,
thank you for your reply. I don‘t remember having more than one account, but I checked.
There is just one email-adress/user active and I only found one costumer number in my documents.
So I suppose it‘s a problem with the database. How can I send you my data, so you can have a look am my profile?

I can confirm that this release by The Lowland Brothers appears in 2 different accounts (once as a draft, once as delivered).
Please make the necessary verifications on your end and/or speak to your collaborators in order to solve this matter

you‘re right! The song was published with an account that was connected to the facebook-account, that‘s why I found no corresponding Emails. I will sort that out.Thank you and your colleagues for the support.
