Release Page cannot be created owing to 'missing required fields'

Dear Community

I cannot seem to find missing ‘required fields’ or other hassles preventing me from creating my release page for Poetic Jazz Piano, Vol 2.

Can you fill me in?
All help will be greatly appreciated.

I created the Release Page for you and it will be available by the end of the day. Just a tip next time, if you are able to: Click on the calendar symbol and confirm the release date (just with a click):
