Which part of “I still see it in distribution even though I requested that it be removed” did you not understand? I find it negligent that you sent me a response without properly reading the conversation. Do you even know how to do your job? Who hired you? Terrible service.

I understand that your release calendar depends on volume and pitching services. However, I would like to express my concern regarding the delay.
On other distribution platforms, similar subscription plans already include fast delivery within 1 week without requiring additional charges for express or priority services. In my case, I have already subscribed to AMPLIFY+ , which I expected would ensure a quicker release process.
At the moment, the delivery timeline you have provided is quite slow, and requesting additional payment for faster delivery does not seem fair considering I am already paying for a premium plan.
Could you please clarify:
- Why the delivery is still slow despite the AMPLIFY+ subscription?
- Whether my current release can be prioritized without extra charges?

I assumed the release with the correct track order had already been confirmed on your side, as there are currently four releases with the same title in your account, and takedown requests have been submitted for three of them.
In this situation, it would be important to manage the releases more carefully to avoid this kind of confusion. For example, could you clarify why a takedown request was not submitted for the release 4069493722192, if the track order is incorrect there?
Please note that urgent takedowns are only processed in cases of serious legal issues, which does not apply here.
As already mentioned, the correct way to resolve this is to request a takedown of the incorrect release and upload a new version with the correct track order.
Please note that a takedown can take up to 4 weeks to be completed, depending on the stores.
Once the release with the incorrect track order has been removed, you can upload a new version with the correct tracklist and set it live.

Since I realized that the track order is incorrect, I have been trying every day to take down my release. However, whenever I enter the title of my release to proceed with the takedown, the page freezes and nothing happens. This has been going on since I first reported the issue MORE THAN A WEEK AGO, and nothing has been resolved.
On top of that, it is negligent on your part to assume that the release is correct when I have clearly stated that it is not. If you check the releases that were previously taken down (for different reasons), you will see that the tracklist is different. For that reason, I find it irresponsible that you responded here making assumptions without asking for clarification.
My release will likely go live tomorrow with errors, and I am extremely frustrated because I made this clear multiple times here and absolutely nothing was done. This is a terrible service managed by incredibly incompetent people, including yourself. Also, the questions I sent by email have never been answered since I subscribed to the plan a few weeks ago, even before uploading my release.

- Next time, make sure to check your tracklist before submitting the release and don’t talk like this to our team, this is anything but productive.
- Spamming the forum with multiple threads on the same topic is not necessary, especially when you’ve already been told what to do to fix your issue.
