A few days ago I uploaded a release and I just realized that the tracks are in the wrong order. Is there any way to modify this or delete the release before it is uploaded to the platforms? The release date is March 21.

Unfortunately, your release was already accepted and sent to all stores two days ago. Once the release has been delivered, it is no longer possible to change the tracklist I’m afraid
If I’m not able to modify it, I would prefer to cancel it and upload it again. I assume this option is possible.
On the main page, when I click “withdraw,” it accepts the withdrawal request, but it doesn’t indicate when it will be completed. Could you please help me check this?

hi @juanp , hm as far as I see it never took weeks but if you need faster replies, with a subscription you can have also e-mail support.
or, if you’re on the Starter plan, you can purchase e-mail support! you can order a year of e-mail support whenever you release new music. Just select this option at the last step of your order under Extra features > E-mail support.
In this forum you’ll get support for free but it can take sometimes a little longer, depending on the workload of the support team.

For now I can tell you that much: You can withdraw a delivered release and re-upload it to change the track order. After you click “withdraw,” the request is generally accepted, but unfortunately, as far as I know there isn’t a specific timeline or status indicator shown for when the withdrawal will be completed. so let’s wait for @Melani’s answer
I would kindly ask that we keep the codes and specifications of the release private. Yes, it is indeed that one — it’s the only release I currently have on the page that is in distribution.
When I select the option to withdraw it, the system shows the request as submitted, but I still see the status as “in distribution.” Could you please handle the takedown internally on your end?

I can see that your release with the correct track order is on its way and will be online on March 21st. Regarding the duplicate, I see that the takedown is confirmed. Its status will be updated soon.
You are terribly mistaken. Track 4 should be in the position of track 5, and vice versa. I find it extremely irresponsible that you are commenting this here, as it is not correct. This creates confusion, and there are only a few days left before the release is published.
