We sent our first release but I think it has errors and is not sent. Could you please check the release? It could be the release date that shows the 3rd in Release draft but then the earliest was the 4th and your system got confused cos we had the 3rd selected.
Once you fixed it please choose the earliest release date and send it. Bearing in mind that we selected Spotify pitching and Editorial. I noticed a bug when you miss the release date on a draft the Spotify pitching, release date and Editorial get turned off.
I am trying again, selected shops, release date and pitching were off, then in las step says Distribution Express 15€, the other day was Free. We don’t want Distribution Express, 7th of April is not Express anyway. We have Amplify+
This is now sent, I see the problem now after you added more colours to the calendar. It is confusing, may be another colour for free dates? Because there is the same colour for available and not available free dates, if you try today the 7th you can’t select but you can select the 15 and they have the same colour. Just a suggestion
Hey @Imusfran thanks for your suggestion. Please make sure to look at the calendar carefully when you’re placing your order. You’ll notice that the dates that are not available simply cannot be clicked on despite the colour being the same.
