Release Stuck on Topic Channel Despite Having OAC

Hi @Melani,

I’m honestly disappointed by how my request was handled. Not only was the response off-topic, but the ticket was also closed without resolving the actual issue I raised.

To clarify again:
I already have an Official Artist Channel (OAC), and I’m not requesting one. My request is for a release transfer from the Topic channel to my existing OAC.

Here are the details once more:

Artist name: Chedly

Release title: Khali Dherari (Chedly Remix)

Please reopen this case or escalate it to someone who can actually assist with the transfer process as requested. I expect proper support on this matter.

Hey @Chedly, I misread your threat but nothing to worry, we requested the transfer of your release to the Official Artist Channel. It will take up to 2 weeks!
