Hi iM, I have requested the takedown of my release EAN 7610096083592 from all stores. I have already confirmed the takedown in the link I received in my email, but it’s been 5 days and I don’t see it getting removed by the major stores. Can we have a look into this, and proceed with the takedown? Thank you very much.

I confirm you that the request was done correctly and I am forwarding a request to our technical team to check what is blocking the takedown. However, no worries, the process can take up to 4 weeks.
