I’m not sure to have taken down my releases correctly. I just remove releases and songs with the option of “Eliminar canción del lanzamiento” and “eliminar lanzamiento”.
Didn’t appear any request o take down.
Could anybody help me, please?
Now, it doesn’t appear anything in the part of Releases and neither in the part of Songs.
I am on the free plan. Juast in case of help.

Bonjour @Carlos , pareil je souhaite supprimer mes morceaux des plateformes. J’ai réussi à retirer ID content, c’est actuellement en cours. Toutefois, lorsque je veux les retirer, l’icône est grisé et ça ne fonctionne pas.
Pouvez-vous m’aider sur le sujet svp ?

@Juanola there are no matches in our system with these titles and barcodes I’m afraid. Also I’ve checked your dashboard and I see no releases in your library
Are you sure you haven’t simply deleted the releases from the account ? Keep in mind that deleting a release from your account is only possible if you haven’t paid for it and it’s a different action than taking it down from the streaming platforms.
Yess, I deleted the releases from my account, because I didn’t found the way to take them down from the platforms.
How could I take them down from the platforms?
hi @Juanola as far as I understood your songs haven’t been published by now, so they shouldn’t be on the platforms, if they are, can you maybe send a link to them?
