My release “Falling” is locked for delivery but the release date is still several weeks away.
I don’t have access to “Music Distribution > Manage” or “Request Change”.
Could support unlock the release or cancel delivery so I can upload a new master?
My upcoming release, “Falling”, is already processed and scheduled with a set EAN and release date.
However, I need to update the master audio file due to a rendering error in the original upload. Since the release date is still pending, I would like to replace the current file with the corrected version to ensure the best quality.
Could you please assist me in swapping the master file?
Your release has already been delivered so at this stage the only possible options are to request a modification or take down the release and recreate it with the right files.
