I’m writing on behalf of L’Inlassable Disque. We’re currently having trouble withdrawing the funds generated through the iMusician platform. We’d like to retrieve the full amount as a direct payout, rather than in the form of promotional credits.

Update: The cash credit has been reinstated, you can request a payout to withdraw it to your preferred account.
Please remember that your cash credit will be converted to promo credit if you don’t log into our account for a full year. Make sure to do it once in a while so it doesn’t happen again
