Request for Fund Withdrawal

Hi,

I’m writing on behalf of L’Inlassable Disque. We’re currently having trouble withdrawing the funds generated through the iMusician platform. We’d like to retrieve the full amount as a direct payout, rather than in the form of promotional credits.

Could you please guide us through the process to resolve this as soon as possible?

This happens when you don’t log into your account for a full year, as stated in our terms & conditions. Please be careful with that in the future.

Update: The cash credit has been reinstated, you can request a payout to withdraw it to your preferred account.

Please remember that your cash credit will be converted to promo credit if you don’t log into our account for a full year. Make sure to do it once in a while so it doesn’t happen again :wink:
