There’s an alarming bug when I try to request a payout on iMusician. No matter what I write in the EUR amount box, it always comes back to 0.00. I know I have 33.75€ though. Also, I’d rather get the payment in euros and not in brazilian reais. Is that possible?

After looking at other forums I may have understood the issue better. Can you confirm that 33.75€ is what I’ve earned on iMusician since I created the account and that after spending some of that on further releases, I only have BRL 113.56 left (approx 18.50€)? Also, I noticed that these 18.50€ are on promo credit and not cash credit. How come? I’ve logged in to my account through my phone or computer at least once a year. Can those 18,50€ be retrieved? Can my future earnings become cash credit and not promo credit please? Thank you.

The remaining amount (113.56 BRL → the amount may vary slightly due to exchange rate variation) has been automatically switched to Promo Credit on 14.04.2024 & 15.07.2024.
This conversion is triggered automatically when you do not log into your account during a period of one year (so maybe you did log in, but not during a period that would have prevented the conversion) and cannot be reverted, so I’m afraid you won’t be able to retrieve this amount in Cash Credit. If you don’t want your earnings to be converted, you have to log into your account at least once a year and withdraw your revenue on a regular basis.
