My account was recently subject to the terms regarding account inactivity, and my accrued earnings (royalties) were automatically converted into promotional credit.
To explain the situation, I haven’t logged in for a while because my band disbanded and no longer exists. However, these earnings represent the work we did, and I kindly ask if it would be possible to exceptionally convert this promotional credit back into Cash Credit so I can withdraw these royalties.
Since the project is over, I cannot use promotional credit for future releases, which is why receiving this as cash is very important to me.
