Dalla sola piattaforma Spotify risultano infatti almeno un centinaio di ascolti mensili, a fronte di numeri nettamente inferiori da voi riportati.
Precisiamo che non si tratta di una questione di ritardi o di guadagni, ma di trasparenza e correttezza. L’assenza di chiarezza e di un supporto diretto costituisce, a nostro avviso, una grave mancanza di rispetto nei confronti degli artisti che si affidano ai vostri servizi.

In fact, Spotify alone shows at least a hundred monthly streams, compared to the significantly lower numbers you have provided.
We want to clarify that this is not a matter of delays or revenue, but of transparency and accuracy. The lack of clarity and direct support represents, in our opinion, a serious lack of respect toward the artists who rely on your services.
The streaming numbers shown in your iMusician sales reports come directly from the official data provided by our partner platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, etc.) at the end of each reporting period. These figures often differ from those seen in Spotify for Artists, as the two tools have different sources and purposes:
Spotify for Artists shows all types of streams (so even the streams that are not monetized) in real-time or near real-time for informational purposes.
iMusician sales reports show monetized streams only (the ones that generate revenue). What you see in your monthly sales reports are the final, validated figures transmitted directly by the platforms. These differences are therefore normal and do not indicate any error or lack of transparency, but simply reflect the different ways each system reports data.
So each Spotify for Artists report has no real value? The streams are listed as lasting more than 30 seconds and add to verified playlists, so they shouldn’t be eligible for payment?
