Hello, i have question about monetization with content ID.
I release song with CID and use it on my shorts videos.
This video get millions of views but dont have monetization on channel. It is possible get revenue from it? Can u explain me about it?
hi @ButHead , did you check if CID is activated on your song? The CID doesn’t monetize views but ad shares as far as I know, also it takes time for this shares to appear in your revenue (should be about 6 months)

I have an option for monitoring this revenue from shares without 6 month wait? Straight from YT for example
How work this 6 month delay? Its approvement from YT and after this check i will have daily statistic or i will have access only to 6 month delayed data?

hi @ButHead , I don’t know about such an option… you will have access to the revenue data after 6 month, but the streams should be visible in analytics after some days
