Hey @apexcordis and @liamphanmusic, I checked the royalties collected for the month of August and I do see that revenue was generated.
Please keep in mind that shops have changed their royalty systems, i.e. Spotify is not paying if 1K streams are not reached.
In the case of @apexcordis, unfortunately, releases are not reacing that amount. And therefore payments were not generated.

thanks for your reaction, but this is not true. We had more than 5000 streams in August 2024. So somewhere there must be a problem. I attached an image from our Spotify Artist account.
I checked other months and it seems, that we do not get Spotify streams for a longer time. So how can this be?
You also did not mention Deezer. It should be in the same region (so about 5000 streams in August). So what about deezer?
In Juli 2024 we got streams from Deezer.

I’ve checked the changes of Spotify & Deezer royalties which happened this year. To be honest I am really shocked by that. But this probably explains why we do not get any royalties from spotify and deezer for August 2024. I guess it will be the same with the next months.
We as a small independent band/artist with just some listeners (but they are listening a lot to our stuff) are now left out completely. We never did earn a reasonable amount of money with streaming but now it is just zero from Spotify and Deezer. I still don’t understand it completely as we have more than 1000 streams per track per year but I guess some other requirements are not met (probably not enough different listeners and/or listeners streams are capped (Deezer: 1000 streams per month per user)) and there is nothing we can do against it.

Hello @apexcordis, thanks for the extra information. I understand your frustration and that it is valid point. Unfortunately, I can not see streams on Spotify and Deezer for your releases, and another fact is that, you might be streams on your Spotify For Analytics but if they are not paid, we would be aware of them.
