Bom dia , tenho uma duvida porem gostaria de saber se a imusician conseguiria dar esse suporte para mim .
tenho um sample que tenho uma musica , porem esse sample já foi usado em outra musica pois tenho documentos que comprovam a comercialização desse sample com a licença dele .
pois tentei posta em outra distribuidora mais não tive um suporte , eu com a licença dele posso distribuir mesmo que alguém usou, pois tenho documento em mãos que posso comercializar , e se barrar por identificação conseguem recorrer mostrando o documento para entrar nas plataformas .
I’m not sure to understand your question or what the problem is. If the license of the sample you bought says you can use it in a track and then sell it, I don’t see where the problem is. I personnally released some tracks using samples without any problem. What’s most important, I believe, is that the sample you’re using is just a secondary element in your track (it’s weird when people create tracks where the main thing is a well-known sample and they just add one or two beats to do the trick, you know what I mean?).
Ajudo bastente sua resposta obrigado , Deixa eu explicar melhor , tenho um sample da CYMATICS LLC e fiz uma musica porem ao tentar lançar essa musica ela foi barrada é não consegui distribuir , mostrei a licença e mesmo assim a distribuidora não deu a atenção devida falaram que não consigo distribuir se ela já foi usada . porem o instrumental reconhece o sample na plataformas e não pode ser igual .e foi barrado na dezzer falando que já tem o uso desse instrumental e no youtube . a pergunta é mesmo com a identificação do sample eu tendo a licença consigo postar ela .
ich äußere mich auch mal dazu, weil ich einen ähnlichen Fall auch mal hatte. Ich habe ein Sample käuflich erworben, und dieses in meiner Produktion verwendet.
Vom Quality Team habe die Nachricht erhalten, dass jemand anderes auch das selbe Sample verwendet hat, und zweimal dasselbe auf einer Streamingplattform wäre nicht erlaubt.
Dann habe ich meinen Kaufbeleg gesendet, und es war somit alles in Ordnung, und der Release wurde ausgeliefert.
Bedeutet wenn du einen Kaufbeleg oder Lizenz vorzeigst, sollte es über iMusician normal veröffentlicht werden.
