Single doesn't appear in Upcoming in spotify

Hello, I’m triyng to realease a single and i used to checkbox to pitch in Spotify, but it’s not appearing in the upcoming section, whereas the last single i released with imusician did

here’s the code of this release : FR9W12634889

also when i try to make a pre save page on my own when the ISRC is scan it’s like no release is attached to it, it can’t find it, but it’s the number.

Did the single release not get processed ?

Concerning pitching, I confirm you we have your artist 's profile stored. Therefore, once the release will be accepted, you will see it in your Upcoming section.

The pre-save page can be created directly from the release section. Please follow these steps:
