The Rockstar release you bought in the past will absolutely stay exactly the same, with 0% commission, no matter if you choose to get a subscription or not. An existing release keeps the commission you had when you paid for it, it’s only fair.
If by “release one of the sounds in preview” you mean to have a pre-order of the release available (which would be possible only on a few platforms, like iTunes) we are currently not offering this service. It’s on our pipeline to get it back tho, so stay tuned
