Some money is missing from my Payouts

Hi guys,
I’ve noticed a discrepancy between the royalties generated according to your Revenue Statements and the payouts I’ve received.

I first reported this issue back in July 2024, but I was simply told to wait, as it might have been caused by some shops changing their policies.

However, I was surprised to see that the exact same amount is still missing today (July 2025), which clearly indicates that the issue hasn’t been resolved.
