Song I submitted to stores has not shown up

I have a song that I submitted that did not show up on the stores/platforms I selected through your service. However they showed up on the platforms that went through my primary distributor. Was wondering why this happened

If you check the list of shops you have selected, there are only two platforms:

I can confirm that your release was delivered to AWA and Melon on 26.10.2023.
