Song not deleted

Hi,

I trying to delete two songs that I post a few years ago but when I do so, the songs be only deleted on my iMusician account and not on streaming platforms.

I really need to figure it out can please somebody help me with this!

I have follow the steps and now my songs are takedown of the streaming platform,
but I can’t deleted the CID I don’t know why they don’t show me the button “Take down from CID” @Carlos

They also don’t let me delete my artist profile on iMusician account, the button “delete artist” is unavailable (grey and I cannot use it) @Carlos

Hey @DamnBoyy,

  1. That’d be because there is no active CID on your tracks, so there’s nothing to takedown there. You just need to make the request to take down the release from the streaming platforms.

  2. That’s normal. Once a release has been delivered to the shops, all the data that is attached to it (artist names, invoice, ISRCs, etc.) can no longer be deleted from your dashboard.
