Spotify Discovery Mode 2026

Hi,

I have some questions about the Spotify’s Discovery Mode. I already red the similar topics, but they are quite “old”. I would like to know if there was any changes in the workflow nowadays ;

  • If i get 30K monthly listeners, I could possibly activate the Discovery mode. If i want to do it, i need to contact the iMusician support to request the activation, right? It is still impossible to activate this mode by our Spotify for artist page when working with iMusician as distributor, right?
  • How may working days does it normally take to activate the discovery day since the request?
  • same question for the desactiviation ; is it working the same way ; I need to contact the iMusician support? And how many days do I need to count?

Discovery will be activated in the month following the request we send to the platform. We recommend getting email support for this type of request.
