Dear Admins,
I’ve received a Spotify “penalty” on my new billing statement again, for no reason whatsoever. I’ve never violated Spotify’s policies. I can also send them all my sales reports, where they can see the numbers. It can only be one song (because all the others are far from 1,000 views). I’ve ended up on at least one playlist that no longer exists and that I had nothing to do with. What should I do?
Should I have the suspected song removed from Spotify?
don’t see any point in being penalized for the actions of others. They can also see what numbers we’re talking about from the numbers in all my sales reports. I don’t even have two listeners right now, lol. How can I send the sales reports to iMusician? They need to investigate what’s wrong with them. Greetings, Frankie

Hey @FrankieKay, thanks for reaching out.
Spotify applied a penalty to your sales becaue they detected stream-boosting activites on your track. Feel free to share any substantial proof that your streams are legit and we’ll forward them to Spotify so they can review their decision ![]()
