I have gotten emails about trying to upload a track, and even sent out the track in google drive.with no response about the track i forwarded to Imusician. I have used other distributors and have never had any issues, the WAV is formatted properly! Can I please get a refund since the issues are not being resolved?

Hey @jtapia1970, I checked into your account and I can see that in the latest open release, the audio file already exists in your library. Therefore, you must include the track clicking on Include from Libray:
Please check the properties of your audio files as well and make sure they are : WAV files only! Frequency: 44.1 - 96.0kHz. Bitrate: 16 - 24 bit
