I am the artist Namida Lumina (independent, distributed via iMusician). My music is live on YouTube Music, and I would like to request an Official Artist Channel.
Welcome to the community @namidalumina! Your request looks complete with the EAN/links. A moderator like @Andi or @Maurizio should be able to forward this to the technical team soon. Good luck with your OAC!
Please link my Instagram profile [full URL, e.g., Instagram] to my artist Namida Lumina for Meta/Instagram/Facebook Music attribution and proper crediting in Reels/Stories."
Happy to see you’re making progress, @namidalumina!
Regarding your Instagram link for Meta/Facebook attribution: this is a crucial step to ensure your music is properly ‘claimable’ in Reels and Stories.
Since I’m a community member and don’t have access to iMusician’s internal database to manually link your profile, here is the best way to handle this:
Check your link: Make sure the link you provided is the direct URL to your Instagram artist page (e.g., Instagram).
The ‘Official’ route: Usually, the support team needs to add this URL to the metadata of your release. Since a moderator like @Andi or @Maurizio is already following your OAC request here, they will likely see this and forward it to the tech team.
If it’s urgent: You can also send this link through an official support ticket referencing this forum thread. It ensures it gets placed in the right file for Meta.
I’ll stay tuned to see when the staff confirms everything is linked. Can’t wait to see your music properly credited on IG!
Please assist with claiming my artist profiles on Apple Music for Artists, Amazon Music for Artists, and Deezer for Creators (Namida Lumina). Happy to provide ISRCs/UPCs or screenshots.”
Glad I could help, @namidalumina!
Regarding your artist profiles on Apple Music, Amazon Music, and Deezer, you can actually claim these yourself—it’s the fastest way! iMusician provides the music, but you ‘own’ the page as an artist.
Here is how you can do it:
Apple Music for Artists: Download the app or go to their website and search for your artist name.
Deezer for Creators: You can apply for access on their official portal.
Amazon Music for Artists: Use their dedicated app to claim your profile.
Usually, you will need your Spotify Artist link or a UPC/ISRC code (which you can find in your iMusician library) to prove you are the owner.
I’m tagging @Andi again just in case there are specific iMusician tools for these platforms that I missed, but usually, the direct route is the best.
Let me know if you need help finding your UPC or ISRC codes!
If you wish to request an OAC through our services, you will need to subscribe to one of our paid plans as this service is only available to AMPLIFY, AMPLIFY+ and AMPLIFY Pro users.
We’ve forwarded the request to Meta. It should be effective in a couple of weeks or so.
