Subscription downgrade

Yesterday was last day of amplify plan and I downgraded to free plan,
only to get email that the system is renewing my amplify plan and trying to withdraw
the subscription fee but not enough funds.
How to cancel that? I don’t want to renew.

Update: The renewal has been cancelled and your account has been switched to the Free plan. Basically, what happened here is that you downgraded right after the renewal process started (on the last day of your subscription), which created an overlap.
