Subscription failed to renew, but I don't know why

Hi,

I was under the impression that my subscription of the Pro Unlimited plan would be renewed on the 31st of July, however, to my surprise, it failed to renew. I have only found out about this a few minutes ago when I logged in to the dashboard as I did neither get a notification nor email. I also have no access to the “Ask” option in the dashboard, so I am trying to reach out to anyone here.

I am thinking that my payment method also had to be updated? I would very much appreciate it if any member of the team can help me out with this as soon as possible. I did not mean to downgrade the plan.
