Hi, I just made a subscription by mistake. I was investigating the subscription options and - expecting a confirmation dialog - subscribed to the Amplify category. I don’t want any subscription at this time. Can I get a refund please?
Also, the Help option is always greyed out, which is why I post here. Is this the only way to get in contact with you? This wasn’t the case when I made my first - and only - release here some five or more years ago.
Your subscription has been cancelled and the corresponding invoice was refunded in promo credit (see T&Cs). You can use this amount for any future purchase on our platform.
Regarding the support, you can reach out to our team by email if you have an AMPLIFY, AMPLIFY+ or AMPLIFY Pro subscription. If you’re on the Starter plan, you can reach out to us on this forum
