Subscription

Good morning,
I just received an email from iMusician with the subject: Let us know why you want to cancel your subscription
I didn’t ask and don’t want to cancel the AMPLIFY+ subscription but upon entering my profile it now shows the Free subscription.
Could you explain to me please?
