When I tried to write to an email, I got this message (please see the screenshot). But I have the Pro Unlimited subscription paid for December 17, 2023, which includes Email support.
What is the problem?

I have been working with you for 4 years. Recently, some strange processes have been taking place. How are you doing? Is everything ok?
