Take down not working

Hi,
I’m trying to take out an album from my library (EAN 7630037932932), I got the confirmation mail but when clicking on the link I get error: “Your takedown request could not be completed, please try again”
Can you help and fix this issue?

I’ve done the takedown manually, your release will be removed from all shops within 4 weeks :+1:
