about 1 year ago, i put in the request to take down an album. I see know, the music is still up and in my library it just says: “takedown request processed”
So how can i get a confirmation of the take down, or how can I find out, if they simply forgot my request?
Hello @Aha, takedown process can take up to 4 weeks. Please take one shop as a reference and check it regularly.
There is no confirmation from our side, since the timing depends from shop to shop
