Hi, A few weeks ago, I requested a takedown of a release (EAN 7610096020573) because I want to change the artist name and then re-release it. Is there a status update that shows when I’ll be able to relist the release? The status is still stuck at “Takedown in progress.”

Once the takedown has been completed (usually 2-4 weeks) the status will be updated to Removed on your dashboard.
You can then restart the release.

Hi @Carlos at the overview there is the status=removed, but when I click at the release there is:
If the status=removed, then the takedown has been processed.

hi @Carlos Unfortunately, that doesn’t help. I can’t delete the release, nor can I upload the same track again to a new release, because I’m told that the track already exists. I’m supposed to use the track from the library. But it still has the old artist name.
I’ve deleted the files from your account, you can re-upload them with the new metadata @jankose
I’ve deleted the files @jankose, not the tracks. You cannot delete the tracks.
