Takedown of the tracks doesn't work

Hi, I wanted to take down some of my tracks but the button is not working at all after I type the email. I see I’m not the only one having this problem but can I please have those tracks removed? What can I do to help you, you need the ISRC codes?

can you please specify in which context you are requested to type the email ? Please provide a screenshot for better clarity.
