Hi there,
I recently joined iMusician with the AMPLIFY+ plan, planning to move my catalog from LANDR. I submitted two releases, formatted entirely in lowercase (release title and track titles), but noticed the iMusician team changed the formatting—e.g., from sumnyja pieśni to Sumnyja pieśni.
Lowercase is a core part of my branding. I reached out to support as soon as I realized what happened, but it’s been 6 days with no reply. One of the releases (EAN 4069493343281) is already showing on Spotify as a pre-release with the wrong title casing.
I also had album cover issues with another release (EAN 4069493343236), where the titles were similarly changed. I mentioned my concerns there in detail, but they were ignored. That’s why I’m posting here.
Again, lowercase is intentional—it’s how my artist name and release titles appear across all major platforms:
• soram - Apple Music
• Unsupported browser
• https://www.amazon.co.uk/music/player/artists/B00RBHCIC8/soram
• https://www.deezer.com/mx/artist/10337672
• https://soram.bandcamp.com/
• Stream soram music | Listen to songs, albums, playlists for free on SoundCloud
• https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCtT5yuq6vrtEXjRexA6VdPg
The releases have already been published before—I’m just migrating them. This is my first distributor switch, and from what I understand, keeping the original metadata is crucial to preserve stats and discoverability. LANDR had no issues with the casing, and everything went live without problems.
This detail—my visual and textual branding—is not just cosmetic. It’s part of the aesthetics I reflect in my music. If this can’t be respected, our partnership may end before it really begins. That said, I genuinely like what the platform offers and would love to stay if iMusician can support my vision.
The releases that passed QA:
• EAN 4069493343281
• EAN 4069493343236
Let me know if you need anything from my end to support my case.
Looking forward to a constructive solution.
