Today I bought ‘hit record’ release package and paid 25 euro’s from my cash account in my dashboard. How do I start the release? i pressed on the ‘START A RELEASE’ button but by the 4 question you have to choose ‘do you want editorial playlist pitching?’ and it let me choose to become an Ampify of pay 20 euro?! Thats strange, I just paid for the package which includes:
1 release (EP?)
1 YT CID
1 instant mastering (does that mean the whole EP??)
1 express delivery
1 editorial playlist pitching
Whats going on guys? Please help me out
Hi @NewMorningTrio, the promo credits from the Hit Record offer can be used at the checkout. In other words, you do not need to subscribe, this is just a recommendation. You can click on the 20 euros option and use your promo credits when you pay. Remember that your 25 euros purchase is worth much more and therefore although 20 euros is being withdrawn from your credits, the hit record purchase is enough to buy all of the above.
