Greetings!
A few months ago, a record label released a song. I collaborated on it with a colleague, and we never received a contract. The song already has over 900,000 plays. I haven’t received a response or information from them via email or Instagram.
Since receiving this rejection, I’ve been seeking direct help from the distributor, even though I’m not a customer. That’s the problem: I don’t have the support necessary to handle a case like this.
hi @Xidian I’m not sure to understand if the distributer of the song was iMusician? in that case please give us some more infos, meanwhile I’m forwarding this to @Fabiola from the Team
Hey, sorry to hear that. It’s definitely a bummer to see someone else reaping the rewards of your hard work and creativity.
Hey, did you release the song through iMusician? If that’s the case, go ahead and post the Spotify link or something similar. I’ll do a quick search and get back to you privately.
Hi! Thanks for the reply. It took me a while to get back here because I was waiting for a response from the label, but I was left on read again.
The ISRC code is: (hidden by admin)
This is a song I’m a contributor on, and I can say I’m also speaking on behalf of my friend in making this request. We didn’t receive a contract, and I learned that the song was distributed with you thanks to the YouTube thread.

If you consider that this recording was distributed without your consent, you must file a copyright claim directly through Spotify via this form: Support - Spotify
We’ll be able to look into it once a formal claim has been issued to us by Spotify.
