The one time release change payment is not allowing any modifications as stated in the docs

I payed for a one time change in my release, like 4 or 5 days ago, no option for contact anyone appears.
My support ticket in community were close because “I did not use the right contact method” which is not available to me, and can’t know which one it is.

My EP is release the 5th of July, and I;m stressed out because no one is helping me with the change, even while keep dumping money at this platform.

Please attend my issues.

Please note: after payment, you’ll gain access to a button to contact customer support directly on that page. Once you click the “Manage” button, you’ll be automatically redirected to our messenger tool, where you can request modifications.

This is not happening to me, nothing changed after the payment for a one time modification request.

I wrote email, no reply.

Firstly, please don’t close the threads while we are discussing, I have no way to reply otherwise. This is the third time or more that we go over the same issues.

Secondly, as I already mentioned a few times, the website works horribly for me, and what you expect to happen is not happening for me.
Let me show you a video of my experience, and how I’m unable to proceed as you / the instructions assume:
(basically, the chat window never appears).

Anyway, what’s the difference chatting here, in the iMusician web, or via email?
I’ve been asking for the same simple change since days, and I simply get ignored because “I don’t do it thorough a chat widget that doesn’t show for me”. Is kind of ridiculous and infuriating.

Please attend the request i’m asking:

Change the first song title to:

“A Través del Océano”.

And the songs genre are Folk, as the album.
And the youtube content ID and pitch to spotify was enabled when I uploaded the Ep, but now it shows disabled:

I was able to see the chat using another browser (chrome). (website doesn’t work well with Firefox it seems)
