Good morning, I have many streams on Tidal since June 2025 and now it’s 8 months. I never got any royalties on this, I suppose, I neither know how to check but my incomes didn’t increase so far.
Can you check what’s happening?

hi @Bekruud , 8 month is a long time, it takes usually 4 month to see the revenues, although it can be longer sometimes. just to be sure I’m tagging @Carlos from the Team to see if there is some issue. just note that not always streams translate in income, depending on the policies of the streaming platforms.

I had a closer look at your last two sales reports (you should as well, if that’s not already been the case) and I do see sales coming from Tidal:
On our end, there is nothing unusual here. Please also note that, as @Andi mentionned, your streams do not always translate into sales. It’s not because your streams increase that your revenue necessarily will.
