Moin. Liefert ihr eigentlich auch an TIKTOK?. Das Problem ist folgendes…Als ich eine Musikvideo auf TIKTOK online gestellt habe wurde die Musik bzw audiodatei des Videos zensiert wegen Urheberrechtsverletzung…Aber ich bin ja der Urheber und habe bereits auf TIKTOK den entsprechenden Künstler Kanal erfolgreich beantragt?

Auf Insta und Threads gibt es bislang nicht dieses Problem.Vielleicht ist es ja auch nur eine kofigurationsfrage auf dem Youtubechannel…weil normalerweise darf dort doch nicht wegen urheberrechtsverletzung stehen weil was ist den wenn jemand meine musik reposten will ?

Was sagt Ihr dazu?

Hello @UMSO, we are delivering to TikTok library and the situation you encountered is actually frequent.
Even if you are the author of the music in the video, you still get the copyright infringement. The solution is to upload videos with a duration between 30-45 seconds, to avoid such violation.

Only business accounts can actually do something to avoid this problem. Plus, I’m sure you can also appeal their copyright infringement, as for Meta. I would suggest you to check on Tik Tok Help Center.
