Track marked as “Delivered” but not available on any platforms

Hello,

My song was supposed to be released on the platforms since September 26th, but I still can’t find it anywhere.

It shows as “Delivered” on my dashboard, but it’s not available on Spotify, Apple Music, or any other service.

I’ve tried everything, searching by title, artist name, checking my release info and I really don’t understand what’s going on.

I don’t think it’s fair to have to pay $40 just to get basic support.

Can someone please help me understand what’s happening with my release?

Thanks for reaching out.

At first sight, there’s an issue because your artist name is too generic ("Luna"). Because of this, the shops are blocking the release since they can’t distinguish your artist name from all the other existing homonyms. Remember that this will be a recurring issue if you keep using a name that’s already taken by other people, so the best advice we can give you to avoid this issue moving forward is to consider a more original name :slight_smile:

Hey @Lunam,

I’ve identified where the issue came from. If you check the release’s details, you’ll see that you didn’t select the DSPs you’re referring to (Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, etc.) when ordering. Since we only deliver your music to the store you select, then that explains why you don’t see your music everywhere.

Okay thank you. I made a request through the dashboard because when I go to manage it doesn’t let me select new platforms. Is that correct ?
