Basically, this is the problem, I have paid 20€ to create my label “GRUVSQUAD” on iM plattform, but the release is appearing on Spotify (I have paid 9€ for the first release), but it is not appearing on Beatport. I don’t know why.
Can anybody help?

Sorry for the inconvenience to participate in this looping, but I had the same problem. I don’t understand the last answer, bc, when I have paid 9 € for the release, I have choosen to release it in all the plattforms, including Beatport, but at the end the track is not appearing on Beatport. I think this is, therefore, misleading information when purchasing the service. If the track can not be purchased on Beatport you must inform your customer on that.
I need to know how to open an oficial claiming due to that.

where @Carlos explained that as a starter user you need to use the pre-registered label iM Electronica so I’n tagging him to go deeper in your issue 
Hey @HECOBDN, your label GRUVSQUAD is not registered on Beatport, therefore it’s not possible to distribute your music there.
In order to distribute your music on Beatport with your own label, it is mandatory to register it beforehand, as explained here. However, you must note that label registrations are only possible to AMPLIFY, AMPLIFY+ and AMPLIFY Pro users.
