I have an amplify subscription and cannot contact customer service. I can not click on the place allowing me to send an email (I attach a screenshot). I took this subscription to be able to access this service so I will be happy that someone helps me to solve this problem. thanks in advance

Could you please first try the following:
Delete cookies, cache, browser data;
Deactivate any browser add-ons;
Open the website via an incognito browser window.
If the problem still persists after that, please let me know and we will look further into it with our technical team.
