Unable to order

Hello, I seem to be having a problem with the “Order” button in the Music Distribution interface. I do not see anything highlighted in red indicating missing information anywhere, but when I click the Order button, an error dialog appears that says “Required Information Missing”. I cannot find anything indicating where I need to fill in some missing information. What should I try?

Update: You can now go back to the order and finalize it! There was a little bug and now we’ve fixed it. Sorry about that :pray:

Hello @Nikola ,

We have checked your release and detected that the issue is related to the genre selected. “Choir” (as well as the rest of Classical genres) is a genre that we only distribute for subscribers (or with our new “Rockstar” PAYG option).

We are looking into why the message was not clearer about what was the incompatibility but this is the underlying cause.

We remain at your disposal for further clarification.
