Unable to re-release my song under a new artist name

Hello,

I requested that my song be removed from all streaming platforms, and this has already been completed.

However, I would now like to re-release the same song under a different artist name. When I try to upload it again, I receive a message saying that the track is already associated with my previous artist name.

I also tried to permanently delete the song from my library, but I’m unable to do so.

Could you please help me completely remove or dissociate this track from my old artist profile so I can release it under my new artist name?

I’d like to release it as soon as possible, so I would really appreciate your assistance.

Hey @Lunam,

I’ve deleted the audio files from your dashboard, you can now recreate the tracks with new metadata.

:warning: When recreating the releases, do not re-use the previous EAN barcodes as this will cause metadata conflicts!
