Urgent: Apple ID Mapping & Dashboard Login Issue.

Hi iMusician Team,

I just purchased a Starter release for my spoken word album (Status: Waiting for release review). However, I am now completely locked out of my main account dashboard with an “Incorrect credentials” error, and the reset email is not arriving.

Additionally, during the submission process, the Apple Music ID box was completely greyed out. My release is currently at risk of mapping to an old, incorrect profile (sam-uQuah...!) from a past distributor.

Could a moderator please tag the support team to check my login access and manually map my pending release to my correct Apple profile?
