After approving the release of an EP with a featuring for the whole project, I realised a few days before the release that this artist had been removed from the line-up without imusician notifying me. After contacting customer support, they appeared to ignore my enquiry, without offering any specific solution or even delaying the release so that the issue could be resolved.

@Carlos, to give you more detail, a few weeks ago I commissioned the release of an EP featuring Vladimir Gapontsev for the whole EP. On Sunday, I saw that this artist – even though I’d listed him as a featured artist and he’d appeared as such at the end of the order – had been removed from the release without my being notified. So I contacted customer services, who initially told me on Monday that he could be added under a new genre and asked me which genre I would prefer. I replied straight away, but wasn’t contacted again until 24 hours later, when I was finally told that this wasn’t possible, without being offered any alternative solution. Yet it seems obvious to me that an artist can be added as a featured artist (I’ve done this before with iMusician). My request is very urgent because I have a commitment with this artist and the release is scheduled for 8 October – that is, tomorrow. It is impossible for my EP to be released only under my name when it was created as a collaboration with an artist who is already featured on the platforms and with whom I have a commitment. I therefore request that, if this artist cannot be added as a featured artist today, the release of the EP be postponed.
I would like to point out that if the EP is released tomorrow without Vladimir Gapontsev being listed as a featured artist, this would constitute a breach of compliance by a digital service, for which the professional is liable under the laws of my country (France), and more precisely, under those texts : L224-25-12, L.224-25-13, L. 224-25-16, L224-25-18 of the “Code de la consommation”.

@Carlos the release has been published tonight and the problem is solved! Vladimir appears as feat so no modification is necessary! We can end the process of modification!
